David Crossland

David Crossland is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user experience design and research. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Nationwide Building Society since November 2023, David previously held the position of Lead UX Designer at Immersive Labs from December 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the design and user experience of key platform features. Prior roles include Senior UX Consultant as a self-employed professional and User Experience Researcher at Natural Interaction Ltd, where significant projects included a successful redesign of the National Trust online shop. Additional experience includes customer service positions at Knightstone Housing Association and AXA Financial, as well as retail roles at Argos and Littlewoods/Index. David holds a Foundation degree in Computer Science from Weston College.
