Phil Crook is an experienced professional in risk management and compliance, currently serving as the Risk Director for Customer, Brand & Engagement at Nationwide Building Society since October 2021. Prior to this, Phil held several key positions at Lloyds Banking Group from February 2015 to October 2021, including Head of Retail Audit and Head of Retail Conduct, Compliance & Operational Risk Quality Assurance, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance, risk assurance, and audit activities within the Retail division. Phil also served as Executive Assistant to the Group Director of Conduct, Compliance, and Operational Risk, supporting compliance and operational risk initiatives.
