Stephen joined Nationwide in April 2023 to lead the Retail function. His responsibilities include end-to-end accountability for the development and running of retail products, as well as their member-facing and operational teams, including specialist support, complaints, economic crime, fraud, and remediation. Stephen joined Lloyds Banking Group where he spent 15 years in leadership roles in Retail Products, Customer Services, Digital, and Transformation. Before Lloyds Banking Group, Stephen held a number of senior positions at Vodafone, PepsiCo, and in consulting, with an enduring focus on the customer and transforming customer experience.
