Tracey Graham

Tracey is an experienced Non-executive director, currently on the boards of Close Brothers Group plc, Ibstock plc, DiscoverIE plc and Link Scheme Limited. She has served on a number of listed company and mutual boards across financial services and a range of other sectors.

Tracey has extensive experience as a remuneration committee chair and also serves as a senior independent director. She was Chief Executive Officer of Talaris Limited, an international cash management business. Before that she held a number of senior roles in De La Rue plc. Tracey began her career at HSBC and held the role of Customer Services Director at AXA Insurance.
