Claudia S. Mercer has extensive experience in language services and healthcare, serving as a Spanish Language Private Tutor at Spanish Language Services since July 2014 and as a Certified Medical Interpreter and Translator at Nationwide Children's Hospital since November 2017. Additionally, Claudia is an Independent Localization & Translation Consultant for LCCI International Qualifications and a Cultural Diversity Speaker and Cultural Competence Educator at Mount Carmel Health and Mount Carmel College of Nursing, respectively. Previous roles include working as a Certified Medical Interpreter/Translator at Mount Carmel Health System and an Over the Phone Spanish Interpreter for GLOBO. Claudia possesses a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Xavier University and a Master's degree in Occupational Health from Pontifical Xaveriana University in Colombia, along with being a certified medical interpreter in Spanish and Portuguese.
