Holly Deem, MSN, RN, CPN, NEA-BC, currently serves as the Program Manager at Nationwide Children's Hospital, responsible for the successful opening of H7a, a 32-bed Medical Surgical Unit in 2018, specializing in Hospital Pediatrics, Orthopedics, ENT, and Plastics. With extensive experience at Nationwide Children's Hospital from 2004 to 2017, Holly held key roles including Nursing Clinical Leader for the General Medicine Inpatient Unit, Night Shift Nurse Educator for the Vascular Access Team, and RN Care Manager for the SUN Team, covering Emergency Department, PICU, NICU, and various Med-Surg Units. Prior to this, Holly worked at Centra Health from 1998 to 2004 as a Clinical Nurse II on the Maternal/Child Resource Team and in the Mother Baby Care Unit, among other roles. Holly earned a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from Mount Carmel College of Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Liberty University.
