Lourdes Negrón-McDaniel, CDP, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Assistant Chief of Workplace Culture and Director of Inclusion and Culture at Nationwide Children's Hospital, providing strategic leadership in inclusion and cultural initiatives since 2020.
