Lourdes Negrón-McDaniel

Lourdes Negrón-McDaniel, CDP, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Assistant Chief of Workplace Culture and Director of Inclusion and Culture at Nationwide Children's Hospital, providing strategic leadership in inclusion and cultural initiatives since 2020. Lourdes founded LNM Consulting, ltd. in 2018, focusing on enhancing workplace inclusion and community engagement. From 2019 to 2021, Lourdes contributed as a Senior Executive Consultant at Impact4Health, advocating for health equity through collaborative efforts with various health organizations. Previously, Lourdes held the Director of Inclusion and Diversity role at The MetroHealth System and managed programs promoting a culture of inclusion. An early career with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities included multiple roles centering on diversity and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Diversity Management and a Master's degree in Education from Cleveland State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Toledo.
