Terri Lucas

Terri Lucas is an experienced HR and payroll professional with extensive expertise in managing payroll and HRIS functions for large organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Payroll & HRIS at Nationwide Children's Hospital since March 2006, Terri oversees payroll for over 10,000 employees and manages various HRIS operations within the Lawson ERP system. Prior experience includes roles as Director of HR at Netsmart and Amerilink Corp / Installs Inc, where Terri handled all facets of HR and payroll functions. Additionally, experience as Payroll Manager at Sarcom and Manager of General Accounting at Beacon Insurance Company further solidifies Terri's background in payroll and financial administration. Terri holds an M.B.A. in Business from Ashland University and a B.A. in Accounting from Franklin University.
