David Speed

David Speed has extensive work experience in the finance and collections industry. David started their career at Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 1986, where they served as a Recovery Center Manager. David then worked at Charming Shoppes as a Director of Credit Operations, overseeing various functions including customer service, collections, and facility management. Afterwards, they joined Conn's as Director of Collections, leading a team and managing legal and bankruptcy efforts. David then served as VP and Director of Collections at FMA Alliance, Ltd. In 2010, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Vision Financial Corp, where they successfully turned around the organization and balanced client relationships, employee experience, and profitability. Since 2013, they have held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Nationwide Credit Corporation, a leading collection agency. In this role, they focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients while managing day-to-day business operations.

David Speed attended the University of New Hampshire from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Finance and Management. David also earned a BA in Mathematics during their time at the university.
