Michael Lea

Michael Lea is a seasoned professional in sales and marketing with an extensive background in the energy and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for Nationwide Energy Partners since August 2025, Michael leads business development and account growth initiatives in Texas's multifamily and mixed-use markets, focusing on energy management and submetering solutions. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Marcus & Millichap in investment sales from January 2016 to August 2025, where consultation and tailored investment strategies were key responsibilities. Experience also includes serving as Principal at RM Consulting, Vice President of Marketing at Loomis, and Senior Vice President/Marketing Director at MidSouth Bank. Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
