Russell Rounds is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and customer service. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Specialist at Nationwide Industries, Inc., since December 2020, Russell excels in utilizing Salesforce, SAP, and SYSPRO to address client inquiries and solve problems. Previously, as an Account Manager at Snap-on Credit, Russell managed over 4,300 accounts across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, facilitating effective communication with clients. Prior roles include Shift Supervisor and Barista at Starbucks, as well as participation in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World, where Russell contributed to guest experiences at attractions.
