Alicia Ortiz, BS, RVT, has extensive experience in the veterinary field, currently serving as an Analyst for Specialty Claims at Nationwide Pet since April 2016. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a Claims Analyst and gained valuable experience as an Assistant/Receptionist at Monrovia Animal Medical Center from April 2014 to April 2016, and as a Receptionist at Camden Pet Hospital from November 2012 to February 2014. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2010, and an Associate of Science in Veterinary Technology from Mt. San Antonio College, earned in 2015.
