Michelle's career at UnitedHealthcare spanned over 24 years, where responsibilities as Operations Manager included overseeing the Billing department and managing a team of 40 employees. In 2019, Michelle attained a State of California Insurance License in Life and Health Insurance from Mike Russ Financial Training.
