Giavonni Lucas

Giavonni Lucas possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, specifically at Nationwide, where employment began in August 1995 and continues to the present. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Giavonni has held various leadership roles, including Associate Vice President of the Nationwide Academy-P&C and Vice President of P&C Learning and Development. Significant achievements include leading technical claims training design, exceeding referral targets in the Claims Fraud Division, and managing key projects related to claims strategy and operating systems. Giavonni holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Le Moyne College and a Master's in Human Services Management from Franklin University.
