Jacob Biser

Jacob Biser is a strategic marketing operations leader currently serving as the Director of Work Management in Marketing Operations at Nationwide. Previously, Jacob held multiple roles at The Ohio State University, including Associate Director of Project Management and Director of Operational Excellence, where they led complex initiatives and improved operational processes. Jacob also worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Marketing Operations, Process and Technology at Nationwide, focusing on work management frameworks and operational metrics. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The Ohio State University, both with honors.
