Jen Brink

Jen Brink is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technology consulting. Currently serving as the Director and Software Engineering Product Manager at Nationwide since December 2021, Jen previously held various roles at Accenture from March 2013 to November 2021, including Technology Consulting Manager and Technology Consultant. Jen led complex technology solutions in diverse industries such as Financial Services, Retail, and Healthcare, while coaching teams through digital transformations and agile methodologies. Additionally, Jen played a pivotal role in promoting diversity through leadership in the local Women’s Employee Resource Group and mentoring initiatives. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, where prior experience included serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant.
