Julie Bergstedt, a long-standing employee at Nationwide Insurance, has held various important positions within the company since June 1982. As VP of Personal Lines Services, Julie significantly improved Claims Call Center CEM scores. Additionally, in their role as Vice President of Personal Lines Technology and Output, Julie successfully led five major integration initiatives. Julie also served as Vice President at the Business Transformation Office and as Associate Vice President at National Customer Care Development. Bergstedt holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Ashland University.
