Kaitlyn Bianchi is a seasoned professional with a robust background in corporate sustainability, event management, and internal audit strategy. From March 2022 to April 2024, Kaitlyn served as a Corporate Sustainability & External Affairs Operations Consultant and Specialist at Nationwide, where responsibilities included project management for the Internal Audit Internship Program and automation solutions for departmental efficiencies. Prior experience includes the role of Corporate Engagement Coordinator at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, overseeing logistics for major events, and Event Manager positions at Scioto Reserve Country Club and Fowler's Mill Golf Course, focusing on client coordination and event execution. Kaitlyn also has experience in athletics marketing from The University of Akron, holding a Master's degree in Sports Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a marketing minor from Wright State University.
