Katy Campanini

Katy Campanini, PMP, has extensive experience in leading operations and technology initiatives within the insurance and performing arts sectors. At Nationwide since 2007, Katy has excelled in various roles, including Technical Director of Staff Operations for Property & Casualty Technology, where responsibilities included being the Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer and ensuring smooth operations for a 1,200+ member organization. Previous positions involved managing significant IT projects, overseeing software engineering, and directing infrastructure strategies, including a major cloud migration. Katy also has a strong background in ticket services management from previous roles at the Columbus Blue Jackets and BalletMet Columbus, focusing on financial reporting and team development. Katy holds a BA from The Ohio State University.
