Sarah Delaney McCabe

Sarah Delaney McCabe is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategy, operations, compliance, and financial management. Currently serving as AVP, Strategy & Shared Services - Chief of Staff at Nationwide since 2006, Sarah has been instrumental in developing and executing strategies within the Office of Compliance and Ethics, as well as overseeing transformational initiatives such as the implementation of an Integrated Risk Management Platform. Previously, Sarah held various senior roles at Nationwide, including Director of Strategy & Operations and Senior Consultant in Finance Portfolio Management, where project management and operational efficiency were paramount. Additionally, Sarah's earlier experience at Exel Inc. as Commercial Contract Manager involved drafting and negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts, showcasing strong financial acumen. Sarah holds an MBA from Franklin University and a BBA in Finance from Marshall University.
