Tim K. serves as the Director of Marketing Operations at Nationwide, leading a team of Marketing Technologists and overseeing platform administration, technology integrations, data management, and stakeholder engagement since February 2012. Tim's prior roles at Nationwide include Product Manager for Digital Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Content Management capability, and Software Engineering Manager, accountable for the full life cycle of B2E Associate Digital Communication products. Additional experience includes consultancy roles in IT Analysis and IT Process Management, as well as a position as a Technical Sales Recruiter at National Register--USA. Tim is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Digital Marketing at Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, having previously earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from Grove City College.
