Jonathan Tharp

Jonathan Tharp is the current Branding Manager at Nativa Inc. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Marketing Specialist for Aeroseal, Aerobarrier, and Comfort Institute from April 2016 to March 2020.

At Aeroseal, Aerobarrier, and Comfort Institute, Jonathan was responsible for both strategic marketing development and tactical marketing execution. Jonathan wrote, edited, and published over 50 customer stories/testimonials, case studies, news/PR articles, and other marcom content hosted on the company's web properties and social media accounts. Jonathan also administered dozens of marketing automation campaigns and full-funnel customer journey mapping using Salesforce.com (SFDC) & Pardot. In addition, Jonathan planned marketing systems strategies and tactics for audience data segmentation, targeting, and analytics using demographic, geographic, psychographic, and behaviorgraphic data within the Aeroseal marketing database.

As a content marketer, Jonathan created and rebranded a plethora of marketing content of all types for all channels. Jonathan collaborated with Graphic Designers on branding and visual aesthetic. Jonathan also provided industry-standard customer service and inside sales support to hundreds of customers. Lastly, they led cross-functional brainstorming, idea sharing, and collaboration initiatives companywide.

Jonathan Tharp has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Evangel University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Visual Communication from Sinclair Community College. Jonathan also has certification from Dale Carnegie Training in Dale Carnegie Certificate of Completion and from Marketing Science International, Inc. in Eloqua Essentials.
