Richard Monday

Richard Monday is the Director of Business Systems at Native. He has a background in founding and managing School Stickers, leading to substantial growth in sales revenue and net profits. With a strong educational background from the University of Warwick, Richard has also worked as a Senior Project Manager at the National College for Teaching & Leadership and as a Business Analyst at Native. In his current role, he is responsible for technical planning and delivery of major programs, budget planning and forecasting, as well as implementing cost-saving measures through procurement strategies. And he previously led the delivery of a successful ERP software solution and website at Native.
