Masha Gribova

Masha Gribova is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Native since October 2024. Previously, Masha held the position of Senior Marketing Manager (Brand & Campaigns) at Superscript, a fintech specializing in business insurance, where responsibilities included developing go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns. Masha's extensive experience includes roles as Campaign Manager and Brand Manager, as well as a Senior Account Manager at Totality, overseeing programme delivery for regeneration projects. Additional experience includes account management at Heavenly Group Ltd and CloserLondon, with early career internships at Interbrand London and In Style magazine Russia. Masha holds an MSc in Brand Leadership from the University of East Anglia and MSc and BSc degrees in Marketing and Management from the Higher School of Economics.
