Justin Jones is an experienced professional in community health and education, currently serving as the Youth Program Coordinator at the Native American Community Clinic since March 2022. With a diverse background, Justin has worked as an Indigenous Physical Activity Educator at TIDES Education Associates and as a Cancer Programs Coordinator at the American Indian Cancer Foundation, where Justin contributed to health initiatives aimed at improving the lives of Alaskans. Justin has a strong focus on integrating cultural elements into education, enhancing elderly programming, and promoting healthy lifestyles through various roles in organizations including the Central Council of the Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska and the YWCA Minneapolis. An engaging public speaker and advocate, Justin has also developed community-centered programs targeting nutrition, physical activity, and youth mentorship throughout a career that includes a solid educational foundation with a Master's degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Whitworth University.

Native American Community Clinic opened its doors in 2003 to address the health disparities within the urban Native American community of the Twin Cities. Our mission is to promote the health & wellness of mind, body, and spirit of Native American families. We offer a full range of healthcare services that include Medical, Behavioral Health, Dental, and Substance Abuse programs. NACC approaches healthcare by addressing root causes of health disparities including access to food, housing and health insurance with services such as resource navigation, care coordination, outreach and community-based activities through the use of our peer recovery coaches and community health workers. NACC strives to honor health and tradition by providing spiritual care and access to traditional healing through our Elders in Residence.
