Operations Team

The Operations Team at the Native American Health Center is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all the organization's sites and services. They coordinate daily activities, oversee administrative functions, manage site-specific operations, and implement projects that enhance service delivery. Their goal is to support the comprehensive healthcare needs of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and other under-served communities in the Bay Area by optimizing operational workflows and maintaining high standards of service.
