Additionally, William is the Founder and CEO of both Strategic U and Strategic Development Group LLC, focusing on business consulting and organizational training. With roles in aviation project planning at Native American Technology Corporation and advisory positions at the University of California, Riverside, William also contributes as a faculty member teaching business courses at University of the People. Previous experience includes project engineering at RailWorks Corporation and senior consulting at Modern Kaizen LLC, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and organizational resilience.
