Roxana Shamsazar

Roxana Shamsazar is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in brand and packaging design. Currently serving as a Senior Brand Designer at Native since March 2025, Roxana previously held the position of Senior Packaging Designer at Dr. Squatch, where responsibilities included overseeing packaging designs for personal care products, collaborating with renowned partners like Disney and Marvel, and managing design projects to ensure timely delivery. With earlier roles at Venable LLP and various graphic production positions, Roxana has built a strong foundation in visual design and brand consistency. Notable recognitions include multiple ADDY Awards and a Health/Beauty Product of the Year award from NBCUniversal Partner Summit. Roxana holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
