Ben Williamson

Ben Williamson, CPA, has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Ben currently holds the position of VP of Accounting & Finance at Native Energy Solutions LLC since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Controller at Bosque Brewing Co. from February 2021 to May 2023. From September 2019 to January 2021, they served as the Finance & Accounting Supervisor - GOM at Valaris plc.

Before that, Ben worked at Rowan Companies as the Manager - Internal Reporting from May 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they played a significant role in the successful merger and integration of two offshore drilling contractor's accounting and finance systems, managed month-end closing activities for a joint venture, developed reconciliation processes and reports, managed improvement initiatives, and oversaw the development of accounting staff. Prior to their managerial role, they served as a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting at Rowan Companies from April 2017 to May 2018.

Ben also has experience as a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant at Lamons from April 2016 to April 2017, and as a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting and Financial Reporting Accountant at Contango Oil & Gas Company from August 2014 to April 2016. Ben started their career at Sanderson Farms, where they held various roles, including Corporate Financial Accountant, Staff Internal Auditor, Staff Accountant, and Accounting Trainee from May 2010 to July 2014.
