Eric Scherf

Eric Scherf, PharmD, MBA, serves as the Director of Pharmacy at NATIVE HEALTH since July 2025, following a role as Director of Pharmacy at Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) from February 2022 to October 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing pharmacy services for various healthcare centers in Maricopa County. Prior experience includes a position as Regional Manager of Specialty Pharmacy at Shields Health Solutions (December 2018 - February 2022) and Manager of Pharmacoinformatics at Express Scripts (August 2016 - November 2018), where strategic drug file management was a key responsibility. Eric also held roles at Walgreens from 1999 to 2016, advancing from District Pharmacy Supervisor to District Manager, leading operational enhancements across multiple pharmacy and retail locations. Eric holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University and an MBA in Health Care Management and Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
