Tiffanie Lai

Tiffanie Lai has a diverse range of work experience in HR and coaching. Tiffanie is currently the Director of People Experience at Native Shoes, where they work with the executive and senior leadership team to transform the company culture. Prior to this, they held roles as a Senior Manager and People Manager at the same company. In 2021, they founded Coaching with Tiff, utilizing their experience in career development and coaching to empower individuals in pursuing their desired futures. Tiffanie also has experience as a People Partner at Hootsuite and a Talent Specialist at Relic Entertainment, where they focused on talent management and HR programs. Tiffanie began their career in HR at A Thinking Ape and the BC Public Service as an HR Analyst.

Tiffanie Lai (she/her) received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Simon Fraser University in 2013. In 2021, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Tiffanie also holds certifications as a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University and as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Candidate from the Human Resources Management Association (HRMA) obtained in 2021 and 2014 respectively. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Predictive Index - Certified Practitioner from The Predictive Index in 2017.
