Tanya Bencheva-Vigier has an impressive work experience. Tanya began in 2010 as an External Affairs Assistant at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. In 2011, they held an Intern role at NEVEQ, a Business Development Intern role at favit, and an Insight Participant role at Bain & Company. Tanya was also a Times University Manager at High Fliers Research Limited in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Senior Associate and Associate Consultant at PwC's Strategy Consulting. In 2015, they became a Strategy Manager at Strategy&. In 2016, they began working as a Freelance Strategy Consultant, providing support to businesses and organizations looking to solve difficult challenges and drive sustainable growth. In 2018, they founded Native Spaces. In 2021, they became a Lauréat at Réseau Entreprendre.

Tanya Bencheva-Vigier began their education in 2008 at University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where they obtained a BSc in International Management in 2012. In 2010-2011, they attended Cornell University as part of an International Management Exchange program, studying Industrial and Labor Relations.
