Ali Molai currently serves as Associate Principal in Supply Chain Management & Procurement at Native, a company dedicated to connecting people and organizations for effortless growth. Previous experience includes roles as Client Partner at ITILITE and AVP of Client Relations and Project Management at AICL Communications, where Ali progressed from Manager to AVP. Ali was instrumental in launching Easy Roads as the first employee, leading brainstorming and travel management initiatives. Earlier, as Head of Journeys at White Collar Hippie, Ali managed B2C operations, developed marketing strategies, and created operational frameworks. Ali’s career began as a Retention Specialist at Tech Mahindra and an Advisor at Firstsource Advantage, supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and Food Technology from Sophia College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Mumbai University.
