Deepa Malhotra

Deepa Malhotra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Deepa worked as an Associate Director in the Consumer & Human Resources department at Native from October 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Principal in the same department from October 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Native, they worked as an Associate Principal in the Consumer department for Native, where they connected people and organizations to help them make informed decisions about their work.

Earlier in their career, Deepa worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at MindsEye Consultants from August 2017 to February 2018. Deepa also had entrepreneurial experience as the Director of Baker Tales, an online blog for home bakers, from April 2015 to June 2017.

Deepa started their professional journey as a Co-Director at Awaas Pvt Ltd, where they assisted in setting up fully furnished service apartments in Delhi and Gurgaon from March 2012 to February 2015. Deepa also worked as an Assistant Manager HR at Benetton Group from June 2007 to July 2009, and at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces from May 2003 to January 2007.

Deepa Malhotra completed their education as follows:

- From 2001 to 2003, Deepa attended Welingkar Institute of Management and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HR) with a focus on Human Resources Development.

- In 2000 to 2001, Deepa studied at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) where they obtained a Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management, specializing in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations.

- Deepa's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, which they completed from 1997 to 2000.

- Deepa completed their high school education at Narsee Monjee Educational Trust's - Jamnabai Narsee School, graduating with an ICSE qualification in 1995.

Additionally, Deepa holds several certifications, including Disney-Key to Excellence from Disney Institute obtained in 2008, Career Anchors from Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi obtained in 2005, and Tata Business Excellence Model from Tata Management Training Centre obtained in 2004.
