Lawanda Janine Ray-Bouyea

Lawanda Janine Ray-Bouyea has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lawanda Janine started their career in 1996 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Guardsmark Inc. Lawanda Janine then worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Monterey County Herald in 1997. In 1998, they joined County of Monterey as a Human Resources Technician. Lawanda Janine spent a significant portion of their career at Natividad Medical Center (NMC), starting as a Human Resources Administrator in 1999 and eventually becoming the Chief People Operations Officer in January 2019.

Lawanda Janine Ray-Bouyea holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Golden Gate University. Lawanda Janine also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from San Jose State University.
