Alexis Bauza

Alexis Bauza has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Starting in 2008 at Lazard-Natixis as an Associate ECM, they later joined Natixis in 2013. At Natixis, Alexis held various roles such as Vice President ECM, Director ECM, and Executive Director ECM. During their time at Natixis, they were responsible for the origination and execution of equity, equity-linked transactions, public tender offers, and commercial development for French corporates. Alexis successfully led several significant deals and played a key role in rights issues, primary offerings, convertible bonds, IPOs, spin-offs, and public tender offers. In 2023, Alexis Bauza will be joining Natixis Partners as the Managing Director.

Alexis Bauza attended Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2004 to 2007, where they studied finance. No degree was specified during this time.
