Joanne Jauch's work experience includes roles at National Interstate Insurance Company and Target. At National Interstate Insurance Company, they started as a Commercial Lines Customer Service representative in November 2014 and worked until October 2016. Joanne then became a Premium Audit Technician from October 2016 to August 2017. Joanne's next role at the company was a Premium Auditor from August 2017 until October 2022. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have also acquired several certifications. Joanne is a Certified Insurance Premium Auditor (CIPA), which they obtained from the National Society of Insurance Premium Auditors in January 2022. Joanne also holds the Associate in Premium Auditing (APA) certification from The Institutes, earned in March 2020. Lastly, Joanne is proficient in the Visionary Communication Path, having obtained certification from Toastmasters International in July 2020.
