Deborah Faix

Deborah Faix has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Deborah began their career in 1987 as a Claim Representative at Allstate, where they worked until 1989. From 1991 to 1993, they were a Claim Representative at Progressive Insurance.

In 2002, Deborah joined Wishing Well Preschool as a Preschool Teacher, a role they held until 2006. During this time, they also worked as a Veterinary Assistant at St. Francis Animal Hospital from 2006 to 2011.

In 2011, Deborah transitioned back to the insurance industry and worked as a Claim Representative at Permanent General Insurance from 2011 to 2012. Deborah then briefly worked at GMAC Insurance as a Claim Representative from February 2012 to July 2012.

Deborah returned to St. Francis Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Assistant from July 2012 to December 2014. Following that, they worked at National General Insurance as a Customer Service Representative from December 2014 to February 2018.

Since 2018, Deborah has been employed at National Interstate Insurance Company. Deborah started as a Claim Processing Technician II from February 2018 to March 2020. Deborah was then promoted to a Senior Claim Processing Technician and subsequently to a Claim Operations Associate III. Deborah currently holds the latter position.

Deborah Faix completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Communication at Ohio University from 1981 to 1985.
