Joe Licursi Arm

Joe Licursi, ARM has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Joe began their career with an internship at National Interstate Insurance Company in May 2015. During the internship, Joe worked on various projects involving pricing accounts, researching rideshare companies, and conducting predictive analytics assignments.

After their internship, Joe was hired as an Underwriter Trainee in January 2016, where they gained valuable knowledge of insurance practices. In May 2017, they were promoted to Underwriter I, further enhancing their underwriting skills.

In January 2018, Joe took on the role of Production Underwriter at National Interstate, overseeing worker compensation coverage for Professional Employer organizations with significant payrolls. Joe managed a portfolio of "National" accounts with hybrid risk financing programs and premium exceeding $2 million.

Continuing to progress in their career, Joe became a Product Analyst in September 2019, focusing on analyzing insurance products and identifying market trends.

Joe's dedication and expertise led to their promotion as a Senior Production Underwriter in July 2021. In this role, they demonstrated a high level of proficiency in evaluating risks and creating tailored insurance solutions.

Most recently, Joe holds the position of Business Developer Specialist - National Accounts at National Interstate Insurance Company. Starting in November 2022, they are responsible for developing new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with key clients.

Prior to their insurance career, Joe held a managerial role at Sergeant Clean from August 2010 to January 2015.

Joe Licursi, ARM, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Corporate Finance from Ohio University, where they attended from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied marketing at Cuyahoga Community College from 2011 to 2012. Joe Licursi also attended Brunswick senior high school but no specific years were provided. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired additional certifications, including an Associate in Risk Management (ARM-P) from The Institutes, which they obtained in March 2019, and a certification in Applied Financial Modeling from FactSet, which they obtained in November 2015.
