Joshua Kidd has a diverse work experience. Joshua started their career in 2013 as a Marketing Representative & Canvassing Crew Leader at Universal Windows Direct. In 2015, they joined Tammy Steele-Kidd State Farm as a Property and Casualty Agent & Marketing Representative and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are working at National Interstate Insurance Company as a Business Development Specialist.

Joshua Kidd pursued their education in a diligent manner, with a focus on business and management. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Cuyahoga Community College, where they completed an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a specialization in Business Management. Building on this foundation, from 2017 to 2019, they enrolled at Baldwin Wallace University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing, with a minor in Finance.
