Maria Brookshire

Maria Brookshire has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Maria began their career as a Leasing Specialist at Burton Carol Management, where they conducted digital and print marketing, scheduled tours for potential residents, and conducted background and credit checks. Maria then worked as a Reservations Agent at Lodgian, where they handled new reservations, assisted customers with inquiries and cancellations, and upsold premium rooms and packages. Maria later joined Medina Paper Recycling Inc as a Driver Manager before transitioning to National Interstate Insurance Company. At National Interstate, they held various roles, including Claim Processing Technician II, Sr. Claim Processing Technician, Lead Claim Processing Technician, and currently, they serve as a Claim Operations Specialist. In their current role, Maria is responsible for processing new claims, assigning them to adjusters, and assisting with electronic imaging, indexing, coverage verification, and claims transactions.

Maria Brookshire attended Brunswick High School from 1998 to 2002. Afterward, they enrolled in Cuyahoga Community College from 2002 to 2004 and obtained an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on Business, Psychology, and Urban Studies.
