Theresa Bratton

Theresa Bratton is a legal professional with extensive experience in claims management and litigation. Currently serving as the Managing Claim Attorney at National Interstate Insurance Company since February 2016, Theresa oversees a team in the Critical Claims Unit and has previously held roles such as Supervising Claim Attorney and Claims Supervisor. Prior to joining National Interstate, Theresa worked as an Associate at Sutter O'Connell Co. and gained valuable experience in legal research and client representation during internships at the University of Akron School of Law Legal Clinic and other firms. Theresa earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Denison University.
