The group often not only provides financial resources, but its team is also actively involved in the necessary measures identified in the development or restructuring plan, prepared together with the company management and owners. The second area of investment consists of real estate projects, especially residential development. FINANCIAL SERVICES In financial services, NATLAND Group focuses on medium-sized enterprises and investors in the SME segment. These are special types of financial services, such as restructuring, mezzanine financing and tolling. NATLAND Group offers its services to company owners or managers who need a financial partner to overcome a difficult financial situation or to finance development using a mezzanine source in the event of insufficient funds (equity).
