Jerome Evrard

Jerome Evrard, Ph.D., currently serves as Director at NATO since 2023 and holds the position of Visiting Professor at HEC Paris since 2014. From 2018 to 2022, Jerome Evrard was an Expert for the United Nations Security Council and was a Senior Army Officer in the Armée de Terre from 2003 to 2020. Notable roles include Senior Civilian Executive at the French Ministry for Armed Forces from 2014 to 2018, Executive Director for the Parliamentary Network on the World Bank & IMF from 2008 to 2012, and Chief Operating Officer at BBE Group from October 2007 to September 2008. Early in the career, Jerome Evrard worked as a Political Affairs Officer at the United Nations (2003-2006) and as a Political Advisor at NATO (2002-2003).
