Khoa Bui is the Deputy Director of the Office of the Secretary General at NATO. They have previously served as NATO Policy Coordinator a.i. and as interim Deputy Director of the Office of the Secretary General, among other roles within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. Khoa gained experience as a Mission Coordinator for an official visit by Dutch royalty to Vietnam and worked as a Policy Advisor at the Office of the Secretary General. They hold multiple degrees from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, including an MSc in Economics and a BSc in Economics and Business.
