Nicholas Roche

Nicholas Roche is an experienced archivist currently serving as the NATO Archivist and Head of Acquisition and Holdings Management at NATO since February 2014. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked at KONE from June 2012 to February 2014 as a Document and Records Management Analyst, where development of a global classification schema was a key responsibility. Nicholas also gained valuable experience as an Archival Intern at the UW Milwaukee Archives Department from January 2011 to May 2012 and as a Volunteer and Fieldworker at Milwaukee Public Library during the same period, focusing on digitization projects and processing archival materials. Academic credentials include a Master of Library & Information Science with an Archives Concentration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an MA in Modern History from King’s College London, and a BA in History and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
