Natodi is a Ukrainian product IT company. We’re building a CRM + online booking platform that aims to become the standard for salons and independent professionals.

Ukraine’s online booking market has historically relied on a single, dominant product of Russian origin — many salons and masters still default to it. Our first major goal is to establish a strong Ukrainian alternative and replace the current status quo. We already have a working product with core functionality and early customers. Recently, we raised investment and entered an active scaling phase.

Long-term, Natodi is more than a CRM. We’re building a services marketplace for clients — “Airbnb for service businesses” — where anyone can discover nearby services (from independent мастers to salons) and book in a few clicks.

Our values:
• Ownership — spot a problem → propose a solution → ship it → own the outcome.
• Business-first mindset — every task must have a clear “why” and expected impact.
• Ambition & high standards — we raise the bar and build it properly, not “just to ship.”
• Critical & systems thinking — if something doesn’t make sense, we challenge it and find a better way.
• Open, non-toxic communication — you can disagree, but you can’t stay silent about problems.
• Growth & self-awareness — we learn, reflect, improve processes, and keep a healthy pace.

Whom we want to meet:
People who want real impact, enjoy autonomy, think systemically, and aren’t afraid to take ownership.
