Clementine Hain-Cole has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Clementine worked as a Store Manager at TAYLOR ST BARISTAS LIMITED, where they excelled in barista training and customer service. Before that, they served as a Press and Editorial Assistant at JPS Media. Clementine also spent time at the American Academy in Rome as a Rome Sustainable Food Project Intern, focusing on sustainable dining practices. Clementine then worked as a Cook at Daylesford, where they gained experience in private chef work and various aspects of food production. Currently, they are the Head of Education at Natoora, driving internal and community knowledge-sharing programs and partnerships related to sustainable food systems. In the past, they also held positions at Natoora as a Content Manager and Copywriter.
Clementine Hain-Cole completed their education with a 12 Week Professional Certificate Course in Cookery from Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages, specializing in French and Italian, from the University of Cambridge from 2008 to 2012.
