Nikola Gargov

Nikola Gargov is a seasoned professional in the field of renewable energy and engineering, currently serving as Director at NatPower Marine since 2023. With extensive experience on the Steering Committee for the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) since 2017, Nikola also held the position of Practice Director for Europe and India at AECOM from 2021 to 2023, and prior to that, served as Head of Electricity Transmission Services in the UK at AtkinsRéalis from 2018 to 2021. Nikola's career includes roles such as Engineering and Project Manager at National Grid (2012-2018) and Renewable Generation Specialist at PRIMaRE (2009-2013). Nikola holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Renewable Energy from the University of Exeter.
