Richard Nyanzi

Richard Nyanzi has worked for four companies since 2014. Richard began at Tshwane University of Technology as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in 2014. In 2017, they were promoted to Research & Innovation Associate, where they provided Technical Advice and Support to ensure commercialization of a safe and quality cereal-based probiotic beverage. Richard then moved to University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria in 2019, where they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. In this role, they supervised masters and honours students, conducted uninterrupted academic/scientific investigations, presented findings at conferences, wrote manuscripts to be peer-reviewed for possible publication in journals, and conducted lectures allocated by the host department. Currently, they are an Act. Lab. Manager at Natren, Inc.

Richard Nyanzi received a Doctoral Degree in Food Technology from the Tshwane University of Technology in 2013, with a field of study in Probiotics / Functional foods / Synbiotics.
